Leg 8 - Kenya
The Masai Mara Game Reserve greets us at our entry into Kenya. As famous as Mt Kilimanjaro or the Serengeti, the Masai Mara Game Reserve is well known for the large herds of migrating wildebeest and the even more known and respected Masai warriors. |

From here we journey east to Nairobi, a vibrant city that offers a mix of Africa, Europe and Asia and then turn north towards Africa's second highest mountain, Mt Kenya, which like Mt Kilimanjaro, is an extinct volcano.

After visiting the Mt Kenya National Park we continue to the Marsabit National Park which will provide us the last game viewing opportunities before we enter the arid and desolate areas of northern Kenya and Ethiopia.
